Terms & Conditions

Last updated 29 September 2026

The games are free, there is nothing to sign up for, and nothing to pay. Play them, share them with friends, and do not attack the server or ruin other people's matches. That is the whole agreement; the rest is detail.

Using the games

You may play every game here as much as you like, on any device, on your own or with others, without an account and without payment. No permission is needed to link to a game or to share a room invite.

What we ask you not to do

A connection that behaves abusively may be rate-limited or disconnected. Since there are no accounts, there is nothing to ban and nothing to appeal — the measures are technical and temporary.

Rooms you create

A private room is reachable by anyone holding its invite link. The link is the only lock on it, so share it the way you would share a door key. Rooms are temporary: when the last player leaves, the room and its code are gone.

Availability

These games run on a server that may be restarted, updated or taken offline without notice, and a match in progress can end with it. Saved progress lives in your own browser, so a server restart does not touch it — but clearing your browser data does, permanently, and there is no backup we can restore from.

Ownership

The games, their code, their artwork, their names and the Caper Arcade name belong to us. Nothing here is a clone of another studio's game, and nothing here uses another studio's assets, maps, interfaces or branding. If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, get in touch and it will be looked at properly rather than argued about.

Recordings, screenshots and videos of yourself playing are yours. Post them anywhere you like, monetised or not, with or without credit.

No warranty

The games are provided as they are, free of charge, with no guarantee that they will work on every device, stay available, or be free of defects. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using them — including lost progress, a match that ended badly, or time you would rather have spent otherwise.

Nothing in this section removes a right you have under consumer law that cannot be removed by agreement.

Privacy

What the site stores and what it does not is set out in full on the privacy page. The short version: Google Analytics counts visits, there are no advertising trackers, and an account is optional and asks for nothing but a handle and a password.

Changes

These terms may change; the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to play after a change means the new version applies.
